- Check In: 4:00 pm (check with office for earlier availability)

- A deposit of 50% will be required within 15 days of reservation
in order to confirm and hold your dates.
- A Security Deposit is collected at time of check-in.
- NO Smoking. NO Pets. Violation of either will be cause for
eviction with no refund.
- Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy limit and/or falsify
occupancy information at time of reservation are subject to
eviction with no refunds.
- All renters must be 23 years of age; otherwise the deposit
will be forfeited. Those of questionable age will be asked
to show a photo ID at time of check-in.
- There are no internet services available in the condominiums.
There is wireless availability in the Sherburne base lodge
- All rates are quoted in US dollars.
Cancellations:
A 30-day notice before arrival date is
required in order to receive a full refund, less a $25 service
charge. If no notice, or a notice of less than 30 days is
received, the entire deposit it forfeited.
If the property is successfully re-rented, your deposit will
be returned less a $25 service charge.
